Overview

The Elegant Champagne Station is a modular circular serving station designed for champagne, desserts, and small plated items. It can be used as a standalone serving display or combined with a model, dancer, or selected performance prop.

Technical Details

1. Size & Configuration:

The station consists of 6 removable sections and can be configured in three sizes:

4 sections

approximately 4 ft diameter — up to 88 glasses

5 sections

approximately 5 ft diameter — up to 110 glasses

6 sections

approximately 6 ft diameter — up to 132 glasses

Each section holds up to 22 champagne glasses, so the size of the station is adjusted to your event and number of guests.

The station is mounted on wheels, making it easy to reposition during the event.

One section functions as an access door, allowing performers to enter and exit the station easily and making performer changes possible during longer events.

2. Champagne, Desserts & Food Service:

In addition to champagne service, removable plate holders can be installed on top of the station poles for desserts or small plated items.

Each pole can hold 3 plates, for a maximum of 18 plates when all 6 sections are used.

Plate holders are removable and can be added depending on the type of service selected for your event.

4. Decorations:

We offer a variety of decorative options to coordinate the Elegant Champagne Station with your event theme and color palette. The station can be decorated with:

Flowers in a variety of colors;
Gold fabric and accents for a more glamorous look;
Portable decorative lighting;
Coordinating covers for go-go boxes, stools, or stages;
Additional decorative accents based on your event theme.

If you have a specific theme, color palette, or design in mind, simply share your ideas with us. We can coordinate the flowers, fabrics, lighting, and other decorative elements to complement the overall look of your event.

Custom decoration requests should be discussed in advance and may affect the final price.

3. Setup Options:

The Elegant Champagne Station can be presented in several ways.

Standalone Station — used on its own as an elegant champagne, dessert, or food-serving display.

Station with Model or Go-Go Dancer — with the 4-, 5-, or 6-section configuration, a model or go-go dancer can be positioned inside the station.

16-inch go-go box;
24-inch elevated stool/platform.

The platform can be covered and coordinated with the event theme, décor, or performer’s costume.

Station with Performance Prop — with the full 6-section / 6 ft configuration, selected performance props can be placed inside the station.

Many of our props with round stages can be incorporated into this setup; however, compatibility depends on the size and design of the individual prop.

Please contact us with the specific prop you are interested in so we can confirm compatibility and provide the appropriate setup and pricing.

5. Costumes:

We offer a variety of costume options depending on the setup you choose for the Elegant Champagne Station, including looks for models, go-go dancers, and performers featured with selected props.

You can choose from costumes available in our Costumes section, including elegant evening gowns, performance costumes, and several looks specifically selected for the Champagne Station.

If your event requires a specific color, style, or type of dress, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can source additional costume options to coordinate with your event theme, color palette, or overall design.

Specific costume requests should be discussed in advance to allow enough time for sourcing, fitting, and preparation. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested costume.

6. Pricing On Request

For Las Vegas location.

First time clients require 50% deposit on the day of booking.

Pricing depends on the configuration (4, 5 or 6 sections), the selected setup and the type of service.

Different options are open for negotiation.
